Leone began her journey much later in life, although the desire was there early. As a single parent she waited until her children had grown before she pursued her study.
From there she went from strength to strength, constantly learning new ways to support her clients on their journey back to health.
Leone believes that the spirit, as well as the body requires support to enable a complete return to health and this was the impetous behind the Harvesting Health Hub.
During her study of Indigenous Australian Medicine practices, Leone was able to understand the importance of blending tradition with science to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.
Our Health Hub was created with this in mind. Please, ENJOY YOUR TIME HERE
Caitlin is our specialist oncology nutritionist. She began her health journey working in community and oncology pharmacy, where she discovered a passion for understanding human nutrition and the effects diet and lifestyle can have on disease development and progression.
After completing her health science degree, Caitlin embarked on a research degree investigating the effects of diet and genetic snips on chemotherapy response in ovarian cancer.
Caitlin's aim is to bridge the gap between science and everyday life.
Whatever your health aims, each client is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow.
Caitlin will be available at the clinic on Saturdays

Yoga is known for its ability to ease stress and promote relaxation.
Life is full of ups and downs, and it’s very easy to let things get on top of you. Yoga is perfect for bringing you back to the present and centralising your thoughts. Various different yoga techniques have a specific meditative element, however, the simple practice of controlling body, breath, and brain is a wonderful way of calming the mind.
Because meditation is often seen as a spiritual practice, it can be difficult to think of it as something with proven, scientific benefits. However, the truth is, meditation isn’t solely about connecting with and healing your spirit— meditation has real, physical effects on your mind and body.
Our minds and our bodies are intricately connected. If we’re unhappy for an extended period of time, our bodies become weaker and more susceptible to illness. In the same way, when we’re physically run down, it affects our mind.
Meditation & Yoga are traditional methods of improving health, both physically & spiritually
