Natalie comes from a background of midwifery with over 15 years of experience. She now specialises in sleep consultancy, providing gentle, holistic sleep solutions for pregnant women, newborns, and children up to the age of five.
Natalie’s approach is rooted in the belief that sleep is a natural body function and should be supported rather than forced. Her methods are very gentle and work in with all varieties of parenting styles.
