Booking an appointment or placing an order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement is created until your booking or order and booking fee or payment have been processed by us.
You may choose to pay our booking fee or to pay in full when you create a booking or place an order.
Any no-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit their deposit paid.
We use PayPal Express, Square and Zip to facilitate sales in our online store. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When we confirm your order, we will notify you whether the product is in stock. We aim to ensure product is delivered within 14 days of purchase, on most occasions, product will be delivered within a few days.
If you would like your parcel left unattended at the time of delivery please make a note in the ‘leave us a note’ section at checkout. IMPORTANT: Should you wish to have your parcel left without a signature please note that all responsibilities to Harvesting Health are waived.
If a product is lost or damaged in transit, contact Harvesting Health and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products after you have received them.
You may cancel your order up to two working days before delivery by contacting Harvesting Health on 0422 220 464 or at email@example.com.
You cannot cancel your order just because delivery is delayed, unless the delay is unreasonable.
We will tell you when we expect to be able to deliver your order. While we cannot guarantee the delivery date advised by our suppliers but we will keep you up to date on their progress.
There may be unforeseen circumstances in which it is not possible for us to supply a product. If this happens, we will cancel orders for that product. We will refund or cancel your payment. Subject to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any other loss or damage arising as a result of the cancellation.
We endeavour to do our best to satisfy our customers, provided the issues are under our control and we will fully cooperate to assist with customer concerns. Consumer guarantees apply regardless of any express warranties to which you may be entitled under this agreement. We sell products made by other people. Where products are found to be damaged or faulty, we will pass on to you the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty for affected products.
If the goods or services we supply fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may have rights against us. This may include the right to a repair, replacement or refund. In certain circumstances we may choose how we remedy our failure. In other circumstances, you may choose how the failure should be remedied.

· The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products

· If there is a sudden change of price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the dollar fluctuation exchange rates.

We will give you instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original condition, and ideally in its original packaging. When we receive the product and the conditions of this returns policy have been met, we will give you a full refund or a free replacement. Refunds will be applied to the same account that you paid us from.
Please note: Harvesting Health is not responsible for the freight costs of return if the cause of return is not Harvesting Health’s fault. If credit / refund / replacement is agreed upon, this will only be issued once the original items have been returned to Harvesting Health.
If we consider that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective), we will not provide you with a refund or replacement and we will return your product to you.
We reserve the right to limit the number of times that we will accept returns from you. If we think that our products or services just won’t suit you, we will complete your latest return and advise you that you should look for an alternative service.
