Leone Wilson is the heart and soul behind Harvesting Health, our Gold Coast Natural Health & Wellness Centre. As our resident Specialist Natural Health Practitioner and founder, Leone’s journey into the world of holistic health began later in life—but her passion for helping others was always there.
A devoted single parent, Leone waited until her children were grown before pursuing her dream of studying natural health. Since then, she has gone from strength to strength, continuously expanding her knowledge and skillset to offer the very best in natural healthcare and emotional support.
Leone’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: true healing comes from nurturing both body and spirit. This belief inspired the creation of the Harvesting Health Hub—a welcoming space where tradition meets science, and where clients are supported in every aspect of their wellness journey.
With a rich background in naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, counselling, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and Reiki, Leone offers deeply personalised care to each of her clients. Her study of Indigenous Australian medicine practices also shapes her unique approach, blending cultural wisdom with evidence-based therapies for holistic healing.
Leone is health fund accredited, and most consultations are eligible for rebates—so if you're seeking one of the Gold Coast’s most caring and qualified holistic practitioners, Leone is your girl!

We’re excited to welcome Melisa Byrne to the team—a highly experienced, degree-qualified Naturopath with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting individuals on their journey toward better health and wellbeing.
Melisa brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to her work, with a special focus on supporting women through menopause. Over the years, she noticed a growing number of women feeling unheard, misunderstood, and disempowered by the limited options presented in conventional care. In response, Melisa developed a passionate commitment to offering more holistic, aligned, and informed support for this important stage of life.
Her work goes beyond symptom management—Melisa helps women explore and improve key areas of metabolic health, energy, sleep, and long-term vitality, always in a way that reflects their values, lifestyle, and personal goals.
She believes that when women are educated, heard, and supported, they become empowered to make confident, sustainable health choices. Her practice is grounded in respect, collaboration, and care—creating a space where each client feels safe, seen, and uplifted.
Please note: This practitioner is available for Telehealth consultations only.

With a background spanning nursing, midwifery, mental health, counselling, and complementary therapies, Astrid is deeply committed to supporting individuals through life’s transitions and challenges, with a special focus on women’s mental health across the lifespan.
Whether you're navigating pregnancy, early parenthood, or the often-overlooked emotional shifts of perimenopause, Astrid offers a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs. She holds space for those experiencing perinatal grief, miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, infertility, and birth trauma, ensuring that no journey is walked alone.
Astrid is also a Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician (Mental Health), offering a safe, non-judgmental space for recovery. She supports not only individuals experiencing disordered eating, but also the carers and loved ones who need support themselves.
As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, Astrid offers inclusive and understanding care for clients with ADHD and Autism, especially during the perinatal period. If you’re neurodivergent and navigating pregnancy, birth, or parenting, Astrid is here to help you plan, advocate, and feel truly seen.
From hormonal changes to identity shifts, Astrid provides gentle guidance, professional insight, and emotional support for those walking through life’s most transformative moments.

Roxy is a bright and passionate naturopath with a special interest in paediatric and family health. Personally handpicked by our founder, Leone, Roxy was one of her standout students at Endeavour College of Natural Health, where her dedication and enthusiasm for helping families truly shone.
Roxy holds a Certificate in Paediatric Mastery and is deeply committed to supporting parents and soon-to-be parents with practical, evidence-informed guidance around nutrition, lifestyle, and natural therapies. Her goal is to empower families with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive—at every stage of life.
She offers gentle, supportive care for a range of childhood and reproductive health concerns, including:
Roxy is available exclusively via Telehealth, which we believe is especially effective for paediatric consults. Being in the comfort of their own home helps little ones feel at ease and allows Roxy to observe their natural environment—leading to more personalised and practical recommendations.

We’re always delighted to welcome Anneliese from Sanctuary Art Therapy to our clinic space, where she regularly co-hosts Community Art Therapy Groups alongside Leone. These much-loved sessions, held every couple of months, offer a safe and supportive environment for creative self-expression, healing, and connection.
Anneliese’s journey into healing began as a naturopath, where she nurtured a deep appreciation for holistic health. Over time, she discovered the transformative power of Art Therapy—a gentle and empowering approach that allows individuals to express themselves without fear or discomfort, especially when words are hard to find.
Now, at 73 years young, Anneliese is completing her Diploma of Counselling, bringing even more depth and compassion to her already inspiring practice. Her lifelong dedication to learning, growth, and service is truly a gift to our community.
Our Art Therapy Sessions require a small donation that is then gifted to Destiny Rescue or The Red Heart Campaign
