Leone brings together qualifications in nutrition, counselling and psychology-informed practice, with extensive clinical experience in helping people understand the relationship between food, behaviour and wellbeing.
She believes in nourishing the body, not simply feeding it.
“Food takes up too much space in my head.”
“I’m scared of carbs, fats or sugar.”
“I’m either being good… or I’ve blown it.”
“I don’t trust myself around food.”
“I need someone to tell me what to eat.”
“I’m constantly starting again on Monday.”
“I try to eat clean — but I’m becoming afraid of anything that doesn’t fit the rules.”
“I avoid social situations because I can’t control what’s in the food.”
“If I eat something ‘bad’, I need to make up for it.”
“I feel guilty if I eat processed food.”
“I’m menopausal and suddenly nothing works anymore.”
“My teenager is getting more rigid around food and I don’t know what to do.”

You don’t need to move through this perfectly — each stage supports the next, at your own pace.

Leone and Harvesting Health were acknowledged for their contribution to making a difference in the lives of clients experiencing disordered eating at the 2026 ROAR Awards
Disordered eating exists on a spectrum and can include:
Brave Bites approaches these patterns as adaptive responses, not personal failures.
Brave Bites integrates:
This integrated model reduces the need for fragmented care and supports long-term, sustainable wellbeing.
You’re an adult who is tired of food rules, restriction, guilt or constant thinking about eating.
You’re navigating menopause and finding that changing weight, appetite or body shape has made your relationship with food harder.
You’re a parent concerned about increasing rigidity, anxiety or restriction around food in your teenager.
As part of ongoing professional development, Leone has undertaken accredited training in mindfulness facilitation to further support clients experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, and behavioural health challenges.
Mindfulness practices are gently integrated into therapeutic programs to support attention, regulation, and compassionate self-awareness.
Further training in breathwork-based nervous system approaches is planned, reflecting a continued commitment to evidence-informed and integrative wellbeing support.

Over 1.1 million people in Australia are living with an eating disorder; countless others are dissatisfied with their bodies.
Less than a third of those living with an eating disorder receive treatment or support.
