If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the noise of life, struggling with trauma, anxiety, or stress, Yoland offers a calming presence and a safe space to begin healing. With a Master of Counselling and specialised training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic theory, EFT (tapping), and other integrative approaches, she tailors each session to meet you where you are.
Before transitioning into counselling, Yoland built a successful career in the corporate world, giving her a unique lens through which to understand the pressures and complexities many clients face today.
As a parent, Yoland brings depth and authenticity to her practice, drawing on rich personal experiences to foster deep, meaningful connections. She understands the real-life juggle of responsibilities, identity, and emotional health—and brings empathy and insight into every conversation.

Bringing a rich background in Mindfulness, CBT, and Strengths-Based Training, Leda works with both children and adults. With a strong focus on primary school training, Leda supports children with ADHD and Dyslexia using creative therapies and practical strategies tailored to individual needs. Her experience also extends to Trauma and Abuse Counselling, for victims of domestic and family violence (DFV).
A passionate advocate for women’s health, the impacts of shame, and toxic masculinity, Leda provides supportive, inclusive counselling for all genders, especially in areas relating to identity, agency, and healing. Additionally, as a mother of two very young men, she is a fierce advocate for male mental health.
Living with ADHD and Dyslexia, Leda has personally faced the challenges of learning barriers and self-esteem. These experiences sparked a lifelong journey of self-discovery, empathy, and a drive to support others in finding their voice and strength.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.
In either case, we will charge the client a $55.00 missed appointment fee.
When making a booking a $55.00 booking fee is held.
This will be deducted from the appointment cost on the day of your session with us.
If the above cancellation policy is not adhered to, the initial deposit will not be not refunded.
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful to others, please call or text Harvesting Health as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If we do not answer your call, please send us a text.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call or text at least 48 hours in advance.
Our appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at 0422 220 464 as soon as possible. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message and we will return your call as soon as possible to organise a re-booking.
