A gentle relaxing type of massage techniques that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you.  

Performed by a qualified registered massage therapist , this massage focuses on areas of pain or limited range of motion. Many different massage techniques , such as stretching, trigger point therapy and myofascial release are combined into the one treatment to help get you moving again.

This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper muscle layers and connective tissue and is most commonly used to help with muscle damage from injuries. 

 A gentle massage modality that encourages the movement of lymph fluid through the body.  Certain health conditions can interrupt normal lymphatic flow, causing lymph fluid to build up in a particular area of the body, often in the arms or legs, where it pools and can cause swelling.  

David is a registered massage therapist with specialised accreditation in lymphatic massage.

Lymphatic massage can reduce this swelling and improve circulation throughout the lymphatic system, helping your body rid itself of toxins.

Reflexology is a form of complementary therapy which, through the massage of the feet, aims to promote wellness in other areas of the body . 

 A reflexologist can apply specific pressure and stimuli techniques to a client's reflex points in the feet and by doing so may affect specific organs and body systems, sending energy throughout the body to help bring about balance and deep relaxation which allows the body to heal.
